The Delhi Athletic Club offers 1-on-1 training, small and large group training, guided plans, educational and nutrition sessions and more to help members achieve their fitness goals. We know results matter and our certified professionals are here to help you.

Weight Trainer

One-on-One Training

When it comes to achieving your wellness goals, personalized attention can make all the difference. One-on-one personal training allows the opportunity to work individually with any of our certified fitness professionals.

 

Receive a customized fitness plan tailored to your goals, preferences, and fitness level and gain the motivation, support and accountability you need you stay on track.

Small Group Training

If you enjoy being social and working out alongside accountability partners while being pushed to your full potential by a certified fitness professional, then small group training is for you!

 

Small group training is available for groups of 2-5 individuals. These sessions can incorporate functional training, circuit training, high intensity interval training, turf workouts strength training or any number of the listed combinations.
